Affiliate revenue does not control ranking

Commercial terms are kept separate from comparison order. A provider paying a larger affiliate commission cannot buy a better match position, a “Best” marker or a more favourable comparison result.

What public offer labels mean

TradeOffr shows a customer code, discount or tracked offer publicly only after it has been verified from an official provider-controlled source and tied to an approved commercial route where required.

“Official provider code” means the coupon was published by the provider on an official provider-controlled source. A TradeOffr customer code is shown only when it is genuinely available for customer use.

A crossed-out price and lower offer price are shown together only when both values are verified for the same public offer context. Unresolved pricing, expiry or eligibility details are withheld from the customer-facing comparison until verification is complete.

Sources and verification

TradeOffr keeps official source URLs and evidence in its verification system. Customers see the verified result rather than being sent away to re-check routine comparison facts. Failed checks, changed pages and incomplete evidence stay private while the verification pipeline retries alternative official sources and resolves the change.

A provider may submit corrections, plan details, policy links or brand assets. Provider-supplied information cannot directly replace customer-facing data: it must pass the same independent automated verification as other sources and never changes comparison ordering.

TradeOffr does not manufacture customer star ratings. Any future public experience signal must come from a moderated process with evidence sufficient to verify a genuine provider interaction.

How to use comparisons

Listings summarise verified public information for each provider. Default ordering is editorial; it is not a safety rating, a guarantee of the cheapest price or a personalised recommendation. Filters and comparisons help you decide which verified features fit your needs.

When a required fact cannot be verified, TradeOffr automatically retries provider-controlled sources and alternate official evidence rather than asking the customer to resolve the uncertainty.
