TradeOffr
PARTNER & PROMOTION STANDARDS

Protect the customer. Protect the provider brand.

These standards apply across TradeOffr provider profiles, comparisons, organic content and social promotion. Individual partner programme rules can add stricter requirements and take precedence for that provider.

01

Brand accuracy

TradeOffr will not impersonate a provider, create lookalike domains, imply ownership of provider trademarks or describe an unapproved relationship as approved.

02

Offer evidence

A customer discount is displayed only when a real customer-facing code or offer is recorded. Affiliate IDs are not presented as discount codes.

03

No unauthorised brand bidding

TradeOffr does not use paid brand-keyword bidding, direct-link paid advertising or other restricted traffic methods unless the individual programme expressly permits them and any required written approval is held.

04

Source-led claims

Pricing, rules, limits, payouts and product capabilities should be tied to provider-controlled evidence where possible. Ambiguous changes move to review.

05

Clear disclosure

Affiliate links are disclosed. Commercial relationships do not determine comparison order or match scoring.

06

Jurisdiction awareness

TradeOffr does not intentionally present a provider as available in a jurisdiction when the recorded information says otherwise. Users are told to confirm current eligibility directly.

07

Provider corrections

Companies can submit official corrections, pricing sources, policy links and brand assets. Submissions are reviewed before public data changes.

08

No fabricated customer proof

TradeOffr does not manufacture reviews, payout stories, star ratings, subscriber numbers or performance claims.

PROVIDER CONTROL WITHOUT PAY-TO-RANK

What a partner can and cannot change

CAN

Correct factual information

Official pricing, plan limits, current policies, logos, approved landing pages and promotion restrictions can be supplied for verification.

CAN

Set brand constraints

A provider can tell TradeOffr which claims, logos, creatives, trademark uses or channels are permitted under its programme.

CANNOT

Purchase editorial preference

A commercial relationship cannot buy a better comparison position, suppress a factual competitor or turn an unverified claim into a verified fact.
